The numbers are a bit low. I am currently working on adding volume to build up to where I was. Hopefully if all goes well in about 2 months I will be lifting with decent volume and the weights will be back to where they were

And not so much on the Olympic lifting. To much of a learning curve and I am too uncoordinated

Shoulder is feeling a bit better. Getting there
I was still sore from legs on sunday and had a full practice before I lifted so I wasnt sure if I should lift, but it still went pretty well

I have never done leg curls before. They made my calf cramp
Other non lifting related stuff. I decided that I am going to school at UCONN!!
With all the scholarships I have received I am getting 30,000 a year to go there. If I can get one more thats 3-4 k a year I won't have to pay for anything!

Today I received 10 lbs of Wazy Maize and 2.2 pounds of creatine. Yummy. I have never taken either before so it will be interesting
