I had 3 days off then

Jan 2

Hard workout. Lots of running and lots of work on the mat

Jan 3

Long workout LOTS of live wrestling and a lot of standing work. I got like power bombed... dropped on my head and i messed up my shoulder Im a wee bit blown

Shoulder Hurts a lot very stiff. No ROM. Ended up practicing. Loosened up a bit but still hurting

Jan 5

no improvement on the shoulder from the end of the practice. I took IB 800 and won both my matches

Jan6

Rest shoulder still hurts

Jan 7
HARD practice. Long run. Still no improvements on the shoulder

Im not doing anything really. Ibuprofen before matches. Streching it and working it through the full ROM. then the regular foam rolling on the back. Ive gotten a couple massages from some girls Ive work the ROM with bands once. I might do that again. Taken 2 espom salt baths. Im not really sure there is much to do. I dont even mind the pain as much as I mind my left shoulder being extremely weak. I think im going to do some rotator cuff work and see what the trainer says tomorrow

if it's just tight, buy some liniment and put it on throughout the day. Liniment isn't a cure all, but it keeps the muscle loose, and can work out knots or tightness.

I LOVE biofreeze. The guys i lift with use it religiously and swear by it. It really takes away the pain, and is like rubbing aspirin on the area. I use it a few times a day on my back.

Another plug for biofreeze. Myself and a lot of others love the stuff. It has been known to work wonders.

i don't know a place to get it besides amazon that charges an arm and a leg shipping though. Do you know a better place, Kevin?

i have blue heat from elitefts. But at this point im almost convinced its in the bone not the muscle. Ill use the blue heat at my match tomorrow

If it feels like something in the bone, be sure to tell the trainer in those terms, and it wouldn't hurt to get it checked out by a doc. You really don't want it to get any worse.
