Im not sure. I havnt done parallel close stance squats in a long time. I usally squat super wide but once wrestling is over I am going to experiment with my stance a little

Paul! Haven't stopped in here in a while ... nice workouts ... nice job on the wrestling ... and WHOOO HOOOO on getting into schools! I hear you on Penn State, but UConn would be cool too ... my alma mater!!! And only an hour and half to my house ...

You get any kinda break from your practices over the holidays? I always remember having to practice all the time during the break.

yea UConn is sweat but It cost a lot out of state

OFF
December 26th
I turned 17!
Short 45 Minute practice we pretty much wrestled live the whole time
December 27th
Long Practice. Played Soccer then practiced. Then ran 10 stairs
December 28th
Intense Lots of live wrestling and situations
Tomorrow I have a big tournament we will see how I do
