3 PR's in a day, Very impressive.

This weekend try to inflict the injuries rather than sustain them.

Barbell Complex 6 circuits of 6 reps, then 5, 4, 3, 2, 1; 90 sec rest,
used 115 lbs
1. Deadlift
2. Romanian Deadlift
3. Bentover Row
4. Hang Clean
5. Front Squat
6. Push Press
7. Back Squat
8. Good Morning

Looks like you're trying every complex that gets posted in that other thread! Be sure to tell us which ones to avoid...

Yea I am going to start doing a lift before them. and then doing crazier stuff. I need to get in wrestling shape

today I had lacrosse practice than a game right after it. It was real fun and i played well. My summer team is starting to play together more because of an upcoming tournament

I can't remember whether we talked about Infinite Intensity before over here. This book is really all about strength and conditioning for combat athletes. I think wrestling counts...

I really learned a lot from the book and it does a great job of showing how to lay out a program to take care of strength, power, and conditioning. All at the same time.

It's cheap, too. And Ross answers email question very quickly, too. Seems like a nice guy.

Even if you don't do the actual program in the book, you still benefit from the workout, cardio, gpp, and conditioning structure in there.

How long you been using wrist wraps? Do you find that they help? I've been thinking about um to save my wrists for baseball season.
