Do you find much difference doing one hand pull ups like that. I tried them grabbing my wrist and it made hardly any difference to me at all. I would be willing to bet that my 145# bodyweight has something to do with it. Impressive numbers either way.

I find them a bit harder. Off course I weigh 220 lbs usally around 222 by the time i workout
