I hurt my back laxin yesterday. It feels like bruised rips maybe. I avoided Good mornings for this reason

no i got slashed across my upper chest. it pissed my off. It didnt get called but it was a baseball swing that his straight across my body. the next play i decked him and pretended to fall on top of him got up by digging my knee in his chest and then stepping on his neck. I think he was in more pain then me counting on he was like 5'8 150 lbs

BigD. Good benching, but I think you should look at a few things:

- Stay tighter.
- push your feet into the ground more and dont let your ass move up.
- Pull your shoulders back a bit more
and lower the weight slower, just because its going to be so hard to do a bench press with a slight pause later on if your always bouncing it.

Just staying tighter will get you 10-15lbs on your bench, easy. You have the strength I bet for 300lbs on a 2-board after see those vids, its just a matter of putting it all togethor.

Thanks for the tips. I'll keep them in mind when I go for 275 bench next week!

ATG close stance high bar Squats (was going to do GM but wasn't feeling it):

finished with a bunch of different medicine ball throws and suc. Over head throws, chest passes, some sprints. Just had some fun.

Duration: 50 minutes
