how old are you big d?

work on closing the number 3 and get certified. Jesse Marunde closed the number 3 at 18, which was huge at the time. So, you could say that you did something marunde did.

Good luck with those essays.

If it's any consolation, I still have a copy of the one I wrote years ago, and when I read it now, I think it's utter crap. But they accepted me anyway!

Im 16. i close the hg300 when i was 15 which is the youngest to close that but when i went to get certed. They said they didnt do the cert any more. I was really into grippers for a while, but in the last year havnt made any progress and stopped doing them for a while. I could get the 3 by the end of the year if i tried but i dont really care

Thanks. For uconn the prompt was why did you pick your intended major and i wrote about how one time i went streaking and got laughed at for being scrawny. So I started lifting weights and researching how to lift, and got big and the next time i went streaking everyone was in awe so i made if a goal in life to make people look better naked so they dont get laughed at while streaking and that was my reason for being a kenisiology major

dude, if you closed the number 3 soon, you would probably be the youngest to do so.

in any case, it doesn't really matter if you don't want to do it.

no over on the gripboard there has been 15-16 year olds doing it. If i kept doing them when i started i could have been the youngest to close it.. it makes your hands hurt all the time... it gets annoying

Sucks that you have to write all those essays, I don't have to write any for the 12 courses I've applied for!

As for the grippers, I've bought a fair few of the 'Heavy Grips' grippers. I started with the lowest ones, as I had read a review by Chris Shugart on T-nation, who couldn't close the 250 and found the 200 hard(pussy). I got the 100,150 then the 200,250, closed all of them, the 250 is hard though haha.

I got bored with them pretty easily though, and right now they are just a waste of money, probably used them for a total of 2 weeks.

I'm not really sure what effect(if any) they would have on my grip strength in deadlifts or something, but mostly they are just a bit of fun.

Bro, I know how you feel about being off. I'm off today too. Went down to do my workout and I'm just wiped. Nothing in me. Did the main lift and called it a day. Not worth screwing up my form and riskin injury.

I love how the kid in the video holding the boards (bro?) was pushed back each time you touched the boards. It found it funny how it sent his shoulders flying back. :p

Cool videos.

Have to say I like the music for the board presses much more than the other ones. But that's just me.

Workouts look good. You'll be ready for wrestling season.

i hate rack lockouts. it's like you can tug on the bar, and it's damned near impossible to get it moving, but once i do, it's easy to lockout

Your workout plan should serve you well....Especially given the intensity you put into your workouts. You'll be ready for wrestling season.
