Played Some Lacrosse Sunday. Not to intense. Its just fall league which is kind of a joke
I never got to play the sport but I watched a matche that I happened across at a local park one weekend. It looks awsome. Not sure if my observation was correct or not but it seemed like as long as a guy had the ball the opponent could keep whacking him with his stick. Now that seemed like fun right off the bat.

Are you guys wearing Chucks for these? They don't offer much toe protection; I mashed my toes pretty good while trying to lunge in my Chucks. Now I usually use a crosstrainger shoe with a stiffer sole for most exercises.

yea pretty much... as long as its an "attempt at hitting his stick/hands"
Its fun

i dont wear shoes. They dont hurt my toes like bad. They just make me feel like i have to crack them and they wont crack. I thinks its cause when i loose my balance i shift the weight on to my toes and hop around a little bit. My toes usually end up hurting after most leg days

Is Big D an actual nickname or just something that you came up with for a screen name?

I just realized it, but Big D is my nickname, buddy.

Congrats on the PRs.

Foam rolling = amazing. The mobility work really doesn't take that long. It's good that you're setting these goals to include these really simple things that make a huge difference. I have gone back and forth on doing these religiously and then not doing them at all for weeks. You've inspired me to go back to my log and make a new goal concerning this stuff.

Oh yea, kick ass #s! :p

Same. Sometimes I wanna slap myself for not doing it. It's SOOOOO simple and takes so little time, but I often neglect it.

College admittance essays? I guess things have changed since the late '60s . We didn't have to do that in the olden days. We did, however, have to write essays during our first week as Freshmen to determine whether or not we needed remedial courses.

Good luck with it!
