Default Frankl is just plain amazing

2630lb. total @ 198 fucking insane


Ive been training every Saturday and some Mondays up at Big Iron in Omaha, and I must say that he and that gym is no fucking joke...

Deads were most impressive to me, since I don't really know enough about the sport to understand how much the gear adds to the lifts.

let me put it to you this way, Ive seen that guy in Briefs only w/ a belt, free squat just shy of 850 for a double... with a toothpick in his mouth
