Default Dynamic Exercise Suggestions

I'm having some adherence struggles right now, and my last strength protocol ended up with losses instead of gains. "I'm feelin' mighty low."

So, I'm going to try a dynamic effort protocol for a while. I'm doing 1 arm DB and BB snatches, and enjoy that. I'd like some suggestions for other dynamic lifts. I cant do a real clean and jerk now--I can't get my elbows straight out, and end up putting too much strain on my thumbs--after a couple lifting sessions I can't use my thumbs anymore and am in significant distress. I'm thinking of doing some ballistic work like box jumps, or maybe medicine balls, but I'd really like to use weights.

Any creative suggestions?

it depends what you're training goal is, or what you're trying to accomplish with the dynamic lift.

ANY lift can be dynamic

also, in the case of things like dynamic bench/squat/deadlift, they will not make you stronger (ie increase 1rm) by themselves.. You are still doing to need to be doing heavy lifts.
