Impressive Female Strength
Highlights from the US Pole Dancing Fed Comp (its work safe as far as clothing). This is some serious muscle control and core strength.

They definitely saved the best for last. Those women were not playing.

I'm guessing a few juuust might have gymnastic backgrounds. Very impressive.
Looks like I'm going to have to visit a couple of local clubs and do a little research. It's to better my programming skills dear, honest.

If yours are like the ones around here, you'd be sorely disappointed. However, you're in a better area, so maybe there's a few gems.

I've never given it much thought before, but do those poles rotate inside their anchors? They have to, right?

No they don't. That's one of the things I find the most mind-blowing is when they do those slow turns. It's hard enough to go around once and stop where and when you want to but going around multiple times, slowly and with control, and something else!

I just tried and both videos mentioned in thread work. Maybe there was a glitch that day?

Imagine my disappointment.
