Default Some cool strongman training...

I thought some of you might find Tom's in the gym training (without special implements) of interest. He uses what he calls "complexes" to both increase his absolute strength and strength endurance. This is something that virtually anyone interested in increasing size, strength, or athletic ability could incorporate into their training.

I read Tom's log at MM all the time. Nice guy and he'll get his card in a few years. He trained w/ my training partner this past weekend in florida.

He really is a nice guy, and quite intelligent as well. He has written some articles for us and does a good job.

I like the deadlift sequence. I'm amazed that the step didn't just explode under the weight.
