only a little over 3. i think its because my form is the limiting factor. I may be doing a 1rm test with them in a few months for a team im thinking about trying out for. Their record is only like 400lbs so that shouldnt be to hard to break.

Most places that I look say that the front squat should be about 80% of your back squat. I hit a 355 front squat last night and last week I got a 385 squat (these are both full range). Looks like my lower back and mid back are definitely what is keeping my squat low. I cave over at 385 even though my legs are plenty strong for probably 500+.
I think 165 would be a safe bet for me. If my shoulders dip down, does that mean my back is weak or that I just need to let the knees go more foward??
It depends. You would need to post video. With the front squat I find it's usually the upper back that caves. With the squat, for me at least, it's my lower back.
I'm up to 155 (70 kg) for doubles... hoping to get to 75kg in the very near future.
That's awesome! All of my friends think I'm damaged goods b/c I get all hot and bothered by women lifting big weights. I don't think that's a problem at all lmao.

1RM front squat = 70kg, but have just got to a 5RM @ 60kg.
Actually I've not done heavy back squats since 2003 , only Smith squats : the heaviest I used was 100kg for 1 rep.
I have been doing ladders up to 5 reps lately and just did 250 x 5 without a belt on the fifth set. I have no idea what my 1rm is right now but I would shoot for just over 300 if I had to test today.
I always sucked at front squats, probably due to weak abs, so I am focusing on them. My dream is a 405lbs with no belt deep and perfect.
