I remember seeing a video a while back that showed a good analysis of the oly lifts. It was a pretty unique video, a side angle was often taken and showed the path of the bar as the trainee completed the lift.
I'd like to show the video to the guys in my club as they're all learning the power clean (not from me, don't worry). I can't seem to find the video though. I've searched google, I've searched the forums. Can't find it.
If anyone knows where it is, can you post the link? Or if you have any other good tutorials, can you post those?
