Well Folks Yesterday I Got Hurt In The Squat I Did 610 Pounds Bar Weight And 400 Pound Band Tension Eguals A 1010 SquaT BW WAS ONLY 218 Well It Was Very Easy So Then Went To 665, 400band Tension And Smoke The Weight All The Way To Lockout And Was Moving It Very Fast And Lost Balance I Guess And Weight Fell All Over Me Hurt Both Kness No Breaks Though Hurt Neck ,and Rib Cage Bad Also Back Of Neck And Right Arm In I Have Cructhes And Lots Of Pain Pills But Dont No If I Am Going To Lift Again. This Non Paying Sport ,or Maybe I Am Just Tripping Out For Now ,well Anywys Power To All The Other Lifters At Least I Squated 1065 To The Top For Falling On My Ass,,,,,,,,,,,,, Ps Maybe I Will See You All Again Or Not.
