Ugghhh. That sucks. I have seen something like that happen and it is terrible. I am sure his attitude will change as he heals.

It's scary enough when you lose big weight, but with heavy band tension on there too it just flies.

I am soooo glad that i didn't read this til after my last heavy band tension workout..

injuries suck, luckily almost anything can be healed, i hope he takes enough rest + recovery and over time can slowly get back into lifting.
