I know this thread is old and the year is almost over but here are my goals for '09.
Lifting in a head to head meet against Army toward the end of Jan. I will probably be raw and want to hit:
Bench - 275
Squat - 350
Deadlift - 450
@181 (175 now)
USAPL Collegiate Nationals toward the end of march:
Bench - 330 (bench shirt)
Squat - 500 (suit/wraps)
Deadlit - 500 (z-suit, aka singlet)

My back has been giving me trouble on squats so that is the only one I feel might not work out.
