Default Henkin Sandbag DVD or Manual?

Anyone have Josh Henkins sandbag training dvd or manual?

I was just about to order the DVD but then I came across the site for the manual. $40 to $20, which really doesnt concern me, but Im wondering if one would be more beneficial then the other.

??

Do you currently use/ have a sandbag? I don't think you really need either (not that I've seen either) as there's nothing really special about training with a sandbag.

Have to admit I need to use mine more.
