Wow tough crowd, although I agree that the kid needs to get some calipers or at least a BF scale before he boasts gains.

Everybody is 10% on the internet.
Man I remember my first real bulk, that was badass, huge transformation and the first step towards jackedness.

My routine sucks?
It has all the major lifts with a few isolation exercises.
I hate people that preach there full body workouts. They have there place yes. But if i'm able to workout 5 days a week rather then 3 i can promise you my results will be alot better. I tried rippetoes. for 2 months. Worst thing i ever did.

I don't get what everyone's saying, I mean you made HUGE gains.....
In the chin department.

and the winner for most idiotic comment on the thread is from the OP:

I think the main problem was that i wasn't getting 1.5x my body weight of protein.

So this is what we're reduced to? Creating threads about other people's threads?
Also, why is it in this subforum?

I think there's another thread on him somewhere too, I remember he's looking okay now, pretty lean with some muscle.
