Default O-lifts PULL

These are some tips from Dan Bell of Columbus Weightlifting Club

Key points for maximizing pull

1- keep your arms straight all the way to top of pull
2- you should have a flat tight back in your starting position and use your legs to start the bar off the floor
3- stay on flat feet as long as possible during the pull. The heels should not come off the floor until the very top of the pull
