Default Any good 4x a week programs for powerlifting?

Anybody know any good programs to try?I am not new to powerlifting and have tried westside stuff but need a change.

Any help would be good.

Not trying to be a dick, but this is some newbie stuff here. If you want a routine you can go to the FAQ or main forum. This area is for people who are writing their own stuff for competitive or high-end strength purposes, need form critiques, or just need hard to find info such as equipment, training groups, etc.

Understood however i am new a newbie to strength training i have decent numbers and have competed before in a few events just wanted a program for a change around.
