Anyone ever corresponded with them before? I sent them a mail just before the weekend and they still haven't gotten back to me. However, I have no idea how busy they are over there. So I guess the question is, how long should I wait to resend the email or send a polite request to have them put their fingers out of their asses and do something? :p

I know that "they" are only one person. That person is attending the Euro weightlifting championships right now. Usually they reply pretty promptly.

ok, there are two addresses referred to, each dealing with questions about different sorts of equipment. The guy I emailed was todd@dynamicfitnessequipment.c om
he is probably busy with the whole euro thing now then..

Okay, I was wrong. "They" are actually two people, I don't know the Adidas guy. Who knows where he is.

He could be in Italy too.

THEY are very slow, ESPECIALLY Todd (he's on the West Coast. I ordered my singlet from elsewhere because his response time is unacceptable--WEEKS). Email the other one.

It's not unusual. When I ordered shoes from DE I heard nothing for almost a week, the guy called me from the WWC in Chang Mai, Thailand when he got around to checking and saw that there was an order pending. I had to wait for him to get back to the States to have the order shipped...

At least they have good stuff.

i ordered my shoes from them probably 3-4 years ago, and didn't have any problems.

DE can take a while. As you can see there is a LOT of traveling the globe. They work on their own schedule. They will get back to you, it may take some time.
