Brad Gillingham pulling 865, double overhand (hook grip) at the arnold. 42 years old. The interview is awesome as well. The Gillingham's are awesome. They run Jackal's Gym, which is a great place to buy stuff. Every time i've ordered from them, i've gotten the stuff in 2-3 days. I ordered some stuff wed. night, and they shipped it thurs 11am. Can't beat that.

Poundstone doing 765. He's done more, but this video is the coolest.

I was wondering when Kroc would show up! Now, a little Dimas workout from someone and I'll be set.

Not Dimas but I happened across this video of a guy I know doing a 410lb c&j.
He was 'till recently a PT manager at another L.A. branch of the globo gym I work at.

http://media.crossfit.com/cf-video/C...xRepsCJ224.wmv

You gotta love how @fit makes it seem as if he got that strong by doing @fit when nothing could be further from the truth.
