That's some brutal shit, thanks for posting that Alco. Front squats are guaranteed to break anyone.

Going to some power endurance work, here is Denisov calmly jerking two 70lb bells 150 or so times. I love and hate the absolute suffer-fest that is kettlebell sport.

Last week at the Ahhnold. Valery one arm jerking a 132lb KB for 53 reps. First rep looks the same as the last.

I know he won the pressing contest last year for lifting the 32kg (70lber), but haven't heard who won this year.

OK, I found a video of it. 30 jerks (push presses really) with the 132lb bell.

He's obviously strong as hell.

Bonnie Hunt won the women's division jerking the 79lb bell(40kg) for 20 reps.

thanks for posting that.

He used to train w/ some guys from my gym.

He's one of the best, overhead pressers in the game, and it really looks like he's lost a lot of weight recently. Basically, he could get back into strongman whenever he wanted to, but has other obligations he needs to attend to.

Check out the interview

Sunday: Squat I followed the 5x5 program set-up by Brad Gillingham at Jackyl's gym.com. Then a 10 minute break and sled drags ten sets of 80 feet continue to add weight to every set. The last set was special though. I would do a continous drag for 320 feet having a guy adding a plate every 10-20 feet till I couldn't pull no more then start pulling weight back off till I finished. Stiff legged dealifts 4 sets of 8. Sometimes I would trade sled drags for leg press and just do one huge set of about 100 reps and call it good. Glute and ham raise 2 sets of 20-25.
Now that sounds like some fun! I love some GHR and sled work.

near 1000lbs squat with only knee wraps:

the easiest 1100lbs squat you will ever see, its in an inzer hardcore (which sucks haha)

Insane. Still a ways off from Vlads 1250lbs squat, but he weighs like 100lbs less i think.

I've been hearing about some crazy feats coming out of Greece lately and here is proof. 180 reps with a 70lb bell with ONE hand. An unofficial world record I believe.

I do KB sport but yeah even I didn't watch it all. Those last reps got kinda ugly but that was a brutal effort. That gym in Greece is turning out some monsters - I've heard about some impressive Oly lifters, and some top arm wrestlers being churned out of that little place.

I think boltons 1008lbs is the best display of maximal strength ive ever seen.

I may be biased though

837lbs for 4 reps. No belt or gear.

This is just sick.

He is very impressive, he is using a WPC bar recently in his vids so my guess is he is at least considering a multiply meet. He did an unofficial (non tested) ipf rules meet a few years ago and pulled well over 900.

I dont think he is at boltons strength yet, but its gotta be close.

i think if you took away bolton's suit, they would be at the same level, or Konst over bolton. OR, if he learned DL suits, i see him making an attempt at the WR.

But like you said, it's VERY close right now. Not sure how well bolton is doing recently
