gregg valentino may be the worst interviewer i've ever seen.

ever.

seriously, he sounds like he's got a hard on for siders. "Look at this forearms, he's an OX!!!" And, bashing bbers when "Muscular Development's" main appeal is to bbers?

If you don't have a man-crush on Siders you're not a serious lifter.

Siders may just be the best powerlifter competing right now.

Siders/Bolton/Thompson.. I think they are all pretty damn close in strength, of course bolton/thompson will have higher lift #'s due to federation and gear.

siders makes all of his lifts look really really easy. His 1000+ lb squats look like they could have been 1100lbs. Hardly ever grinds out a lift, very impressive.

I was just trying to find his results, and could only find that he won the worlds in 2004, 2005, but hasn't been there since then?

But then he was at the arnold this year, so...

i've also seen videos online of siders doing an 1100lb yoke run, and it looked effortless.

Siders got cut from the worlds for the last 2 years for competing against a banned lifter.

With his latest interview

Purepowerlifting.com Home of weekly Powerlifting Podcasts and USAPL Pennsylvania

he pretty much was unsure about '06 because it was around the due time for his kid. He has to hit the nationals hard this year to make sure he is in the running for the worlds.

or even better,

this was after competiting hte previous day in the arnold strongman, and then staying up all night to delay the onset of the muscle pain...

just under the IPF SHW record.

no, you had the right code, but you only put the part after the = sign in the link that identifies which video it is. so when it says youtube.com/dkjadsaf=fdjklasfdl

it was showing the box for me, just nothing inside of it, which happens occasionally when firefox/flash/ubuntu is having a shit with me, so I had just assumed it was doing the same thing...

did they change the head on bench press rule back?

That squat was pretty high for ipf. I think he needs to use more weight!
