Lisa Shaffer and Lauren Brooks "Total Body Sculpt" San Diego, CA
Hey all,
Lisa Shaffer and Lauren Brooks are teaming up for what will be a fantastic workshop in September in San Diego. They will be covering kettlebell training that is very specific to women and their training needs. You don't want to miss it. See the link below for more info. Check out the details and register, the first 5 registrants get a big discount!
Hm... The idea of k-bells being combined with "sculpting" the body seems counter-intuitive. It's like power training for weight loss, or oly training for "toning up."
Dunno, it just may be the same person. However, Lauren's eyes are quite wonderful and full of energy. I guess the picture doesn't do them justice. ;-) I've seen quite a strange stare in pictures before, but I'm sure it isn't like that in real life. ;-)
Pass the word on the workshop, it is going to be fantastic!
That's the beauty of kettlebells. Once working with them and transforming your body and losing fat, you discover the lean, strong muscles that you've been developing all along. With a decent diet of good food, it is hard to not lose fat and tone and get strong with them!
Toning the arms with cleans and toning the back with swings huh?
I would hope that people knowledgable with KBs, particularly those associated the AKC, and fitness in general would be beyond using this type of language.
