Speaking of Lifting Weights...

Hi, everyone! It's Jen Heath. I am hosting the Lift To Be Lean Fitness workshop in Dever, CO on Saturday March 15th!

It will teach all of the most effective weight training exercises for fat loss, accompanying nutriton and a whole host of other hot topics related to you getting the physique you want.
