You know in my article there is a picture of marky mark and homer simpson. If that doesn't spark a curiosity to download, I don't know what will

Only read the first 2 articles so far but Leigh's article was awesome and should be required reading before even entering a gym

John I don't know what you are talking about, I expect a high amount of personal "stretch" sessions for my work in this release.
