Default Grocery Shopping Made Easy DVD now available

Hey Everyone:

Just wanted to give the heads up--my company just finished up a Grocery Shopping Made Easy DVD. If you're a trainer, it's a great way to help your clients learn the ropes about nutrition basics. If you're looking to make changes yourself, it provides simple, yet effective tips and tools on what foods to choose (and what to lose) in the grocery store. Every nutrition decision starts in the grocery store. It also comes with a 10 page booklet that includes 28 hidden names for sugar on food labels, how to read a food label, the best macronutrients to include in the diet, some info on omega-3's, and much more. Check out the demo clip here! http://mohrresults.com/store_grocery_dvd.shtml

This actually looks really interesting to me... One of the services I do for my clients is a grocery store session where I take them through a 2 hour tour of the grocery store. I give them recipes and teach them how to read labels, catch the dirty tricks that the food industry uses to deceive people into buying "healthy" food. This would certainly give me some new material to work with!

This is a great idea. So many people can grasp the exercise portion of a program but fall way short on the nutrition side. (Raise my hand as guilty.)
