Default Interview w/ Dave "Band Guy" Schmitz

Dave Schmitz and I have known of eachother since our days on SportSpecific.com. I had interviewed Dave back in December '06, and changed hard-drives on my computer and lost it. I recovered it and with some updates from Dave, I have featured it for my members (which most of you are).

If you attended JP's Summit or Ryan Lee's Bootcamp, you will know Dave Schmitz. He is the most energetic, humble, and (IMO) athletic, of most presenters out there. He has created an unstoppable niche with bands and he is going to be a name to be reckoned with very soon...

Check out the interview here: http://www.standapartfitness.com/upl...zInterview.pdf

Awesome interview! Dave is truly a gem in the industry. I also agree that he is probably the most athletic guy I have met. I would kill to have his hamstrings!
