This is easily one of your best shows. Tony was great. Something I really liked was it seemed that you two were comfortable and really interacting and enjoying yourselves.

Thanks Gobbla. I always think I sound like a nimrod, but that's just cause I am new to the whole interviewing thing. I have so much to say, that my mind often wonders. Practice, practice, practice

Mike does a fantastic job with his show. Definitely liked the entire process.

Yep, great job Tony and you didn't sound nearly as gay as on the infamous Fitcast intro:p

Seriously, very informative show & I really enjoyed hearing your perspective on training clients. That's some info I can use.

I listened to a good part of it. It's good to hear you masculated once again. Good information along with it.

I'm halfway through it before I got to work. Good interview. I'll finish on the way home.

Finished it up yesterday. Good stuff. I have to say that the dropped words from Skype gets a little annoying. You know that Tony is saying some good stuff but sometimes you have to play guess the word.

Good interview Tony! I like your comment that people "mistake intenseness for intensity." I agree that working up a sweat is not the best measure of the quality and effectiveness of a workout. That was the best take-away.

And as always, good job Mike.
