Default Simple way to create meal plans for clients

Hey Guys-

Thought this might be of interest. I just created this meal planning software, with Jayson Hunter, CSCS, RD. It is a simple, yet effective way to help your clients reach their goals...and you are just plugging in likes and dislikes of clients, because the software determines calories after you input simple weight, height, body fat, etc. Check out the website---we have a handful of testimonials from folks who have used it already.

www.mealplans101.com

There is a video tutorial on the site too, which walks you through the entire program step by step.

Chris,
Love the screen shot tutorial! Looks like a great software program. I am wondering if this is something that would be recommended for trainers to get to use with their clients? I am hanging a shingle in the next couple of months and am looking for something I can use to steer clients in the right direction (without getting into trouble for giving nutritional advice when I am not an RD or nutritionist)!
Thanks,
Julie

Hey Julie-

Thanks, the online video tutorial is definitely helpful. :-)

Yes, it is something you can use with clients. Basically, you're plugging in their height/weight/body fat and "behind the scenes" the program uses the most recent formula to determine calorie needs. Then, within those parameters, you select a clients likes and dislikes to provide them with some general guidelines.

Let me know if you have other questions! Chris
