Default Max-Out Radio with Eric Cressey

With all the new forums I'm not sure if this is the appropriate spot but I just posted the new max-out radio featuring an interview with Eric Cressey. I also discuss food trends for 2007, drops in metabolic rate due to calorie restriction, and a great herbed salmon recipe.

Woo hoo...thanks Mike. I always look forward to new podcasts from you and Kevin. I also liked this past Friday's Focus and it would be interesting to get a discussion going on the forums about it....

I like these reminders. I don't have an iPod, so it's manual loading of mp3s to my player. Helps to know when to look for the new one.

Thanks!

Yeah I forgot to post the last show, Jump Start 2007, but it still received a ton of downloads...I'll remember to keep announcing new shows.

I'm running a little bit behind with podcasts, and just had a chance to listen to this one the other day. Excellent Mike! Eric is so interesting to listen to. Every word out of his mouth is gold. Thanks for interviewing him!

I agree about EC. He diagnosed my shoulder problem (approximation) during the interview! What an "a ha" moment for me.

Mike, I just got an iPod Friday and loaded up all your shows. I listened to your Jump Start 2007 this morning.....pretty good for a Penn State guy.
