When I met Chaney about 2 years ago, he couldn't stop talking about the NEED to develop single leg strength. His article is awesome and sums up alot. Glad we had had him on board for this one.
I've been in this forum for only a few days but I took the liberty of downloading the e-zine... it's great! Specially the single leg exercises. Thanks.
