Default Free Training Revolutions 2 Issue!

Hey Gang,
Hope you all had a great holiday. The newest issue of "Training Revolutions E-zine" is finished and ready for download! It is chock-full of information from fitness professionals: Rick Karboviak, Dave Schmitz (presenter at Ryan Lee's bootcamp) and our very own Chaney Weiner and myself, along with a great article by Priscilla Friedlander.

Magazine topics include:
  • "Secrets of the 20 minute Bootcamp"
  • "Developing An Explosive First Step Using Resistance Bands"
  • "Stop Looking At Muscles & Start Looking at the Feet - Examining the Foot/Ankle Complex of an Athlete"
  • "How To Develop Single Leg Strength & Why It's Important"
  • "Q & A With Coach K"
  • "Getting Back Into Your Skinny Jeans in 2 Weeks!"
It is a TOTALLY free download! Go to: www.freewebs.com/trainingrevol utions2. Just sign up at the bottom of the page and you will be sent a link to see the magazine. (You must have Acrobat reader to view the PDF file).

If you have any trouble with the link, let me know ASAP.

Hope you all enjoy and feel free to post comments.

Thanks, John. Good article on the ankle. I've been looking for that kind of info.

Thanks Bob. Glad you enjoyed it. The actual article is about 16 pages...but I donated it to a collegue of mine for an upcoming project. What I put in the e-zine was a condensed version.

When I met Chaney about 2 years ago, he couldn't stop talking about the NEED to develop single leg strength. His article is awesome and sums up alot. Glad we had had him on board for this one.

I've been in this forum for only a few days but I took the liberty of downloading the e-zine... it's great! Specially the single leg exercises. Thanks.

Little town called Butler. I would have loved to attend, but I dont have a license, a car, and didn't have a way to get there.

I know where Butler is. Too bad you didn't get to go, it was pretty good.
