It has some other popular names( butt raises, bridges, hip lifts). You lay on your back on the floor, with one leg pull toward your chest. Your other foot is kept flat and you should drive through your entire foot while raises your pelvis up. The move should be felt entirely in your glutes, not the hamstrings or low back.
