This dessert book looks fabulous and totally like something that came up of Chef Thomas Keller's French Laundry.

This book really complements the Gourmet Nutrition cookbook which I really enjoyed. The nutritional information that came with the recipes was invaluable. Thanks JB and happy holidays.

This is awesome. I've had many cravings for sweets lately and all of these healthy options will be a great alternative to cookies.

You're all welcome! This was fun to put together!

And keep your eyes open for 1 more gift - around Christmas eve. It's a biggie for PN customers/members only. So if you've been on the fence about picking up PN, get off it and get your copy. If you order by this Thurs - the 14th - you'll have it in time for Christmas.

Thanks! These recipes look great, and I really like the design of the cookbook. Now I can pick out a healthy dessert to bring to dinner on Christmas!

The nice thing about many of these is that they aren't just healthy versions of unhealthy desserts.

Make some of these fancy looking ones for a dinner party and your guests will like it, and have nothing to compare them too. I mean, really, who's ever had the unhealthy version of the cheese blintzes?

Are you kidding? Cheese blintzes are my all-time favorite dessert.

I'm not on here all the time so it's best if you're on PN to post questions there.

That's where I spend most of my forum time and, as I've got other things on the go, like work with my teams, the University, etc - my internet time is limited.

However, I'll pop by from time to time if I can answer questions related to the product.

Wow, just last week my wife made the cheesecake from GN and I asked if there were any other deserts in there.

Now we get this!

Awesome John, thanks!

See, and just yesterday someone called to tell me that they were unhappy with GN because it "wasn't for women".

Uh, the thousands of women that purchased it - and hundreds of female clients we've helped get results - would beg to differ, I think.

Perhaps your wife would too!

My wife loves GN!! She thought it was very high quality, and loved the pictures too. Maybe the lack of flowers on the cover threw some people off...

Definately, most of our meals come out of it. She works out in the mornings and loves the PW breakfasts.

As for not being for women, she uses the advanced technique of just eating smaller serves. For instance if a dinner recipe serves 2, then I would have half of it, she would have half of whats left, and the other half (quarter) gets packed in container to either have for lunch the next day or into the freezer for another evening.

Make sense - seems hard to believe some can't figure this out.

By the way...JP asked in the other thread so I figured I'd post it here.

Feel free to forward the Gourmet Nutrition Desserts e-book on to friends, family, employees, colleagues, etc.

We're getting a ton of emails about this - people wondering if they can pass this out, regift, whatever.

The answer - yes! We actually have one customer, the CEO of a huge fortune 500 company, passing this along to his entire staff.
