I wish my boy George new how to speak. On the otherhand, I wish Kerry would not avoid questions by giving detailed answers that pertain in no way to the question at hand. He continually, emphatically announced this great "plan" he has for the war in Iraq. However, he never went into detail about this plan. He stated he would have the troops out of Iraq in 6 months. That is not a plan. A plan is not wishful thinking, but something that is "planned out" to achieve a goal. No substance. On the otherhand, George played the "I am experienced" que card entirely too often. Of course he has experience being the president, HE IS PRESIDENT! Also, I believe he was only justifying the war in Iraq to back himself. No moron in his right mind is going to say, "YEP! The war was a total waste of lives and wrong from the get-go, but vote for me."
Kerry is trying to stay with the social issues while attacking George W. for the wrongly done war in Iraq. However, the social issues he speaks of will be of no good if terrorists continue to pose a threat. He flip flops, as many have stated. Says one thing, does another. He is a delegate in every since of the word. John Kerry is no longer a person, but a majority decision. He has no thoughts of his own. Social issues and the economy may have been the most important issues in the Clinton era, but are on the backburner at the current stage of the timeline. Point being, we need a president who strongly supports the war on terror, not one who simply offers to chip in for his share after the costs have been paid. Kerry would have declared war. Gore would have declared to war. Bush HAD to declare war. It's easy to attack someone for their actions when you are on the inside of the nice, cozy Senate floor looking out.
Those are my thoughts, let me hear yours.
