Get them when they're not ready. A distraction works well, "Look, over there!" and when they're side on hook one foot behind their legs, grab their shoulders and give them a twise over your tripping foot (dont let go or they hit the ground and thats bad). Kiss them when they're off balance then help them stand back up.
