If you given the choice by work to move for one year to the following cities:
Denver
LA
San Diego
Tucson
Washington DC
Which would you pick? And for what reasons? I am thinking of choosing Tucson for work reasons more than city reasons, but am curious as to anyone's opinions.
I live in the DC area, and unless you like sitting in traffic, that should stay at the bottom of anyone's list. Been to all the other's briefly, and I think I'd choose San Diego. Climate, beach, little bit of everything there.
cool screen name. I still remember that Sat. morning show...
I've been to 3 of the 5 and when I left San Diego I immediately got home and looked uphome prices to see what it would cost to live there. I'm till TX.

SD is awesome. Yes it is expensive, but you never have an excuse not to get outside.
Oh, and I have never seen the concentration of beautiful women as I did on mission beach.

Denver rules. I love it and once I get back from roaming the planet, I never plan on living anywhere else. Ah, I miss home...

According to your profile, you've already chosen Tucson. So do you or do you not live there?
Also noticed that you work on missle systems. Do they have that in Tucson? I'm not to familiar with the area. I do know that if you're there already, you should go book a few training sessions with Chad Waterbury, since that's where he's from.
Tucson is great. I would live there in a heartbeat. A couple of excellant gyms, good tex-mex food, and plenty of caynons to hikle in. I loved backpacking the caynons, especially the early morning sunrise hikes. And then there is always climbing and other outdoor stuff. and if you're into it, lots of great places for sun worshiping!
SD would be my second choice. visited there often. Nice place from what I saw of it.

Truthfully, they are not on your list, but the most fun cities I have ever visited were Dublin and Amsterdam. Dublin was a blast and I can't mention why I like Amsterdam.
Tuscon or San Diego for the year round outdoor activities you can do (plus, since I'm from a cold weather city, a year-round warm climate for 12 months would be a change of pace).
