Let's see, where do we start. For lunch, she's admitted to having pizza and french fries smothered in (of all things) gravy and mozzarella. I suppose it would be good.....IF YOU WERE TRYING TO GET FAT!

gravy...like the KFC chicken strip texas toast basket gravy stuff? or like reduced port and mushroom sauce?

either way I bet it was freaking delicious!

I'm thinking of opening up a deep fried bacon stand, cause you KNOW that has to be some good stuff right there...battered bacon...mmmm...getting a little moist just thinking about it.

It's not helping me. I see a thread with TG in the title, then I open it up and see the Four Porkateers sitting in the only place where the full force of gravity won't spread them over an acre of land.

And the gravy for medicinal purposes may not be a joke. I was once berated by an old hispanic woman because my daughter was not walking at 12 months of age. She said it was my fault, and that if I had been rubbing egg whites on my daughter's knees and ankles, her joints would have strengthened earlier. My seven years of Spanish training came flooding back, and I had all kinds of ideas of what to say to Consuela Grouchy-pantalones.

I usually take a thermogenic (30 mins before) and a sugar free red bull before a hit the weights.

Its a supplement that raises your bodies temperature, which in turn helps your body burn more calories.

Youre supposed to take them 2 or 3 times a day, but the last time Ive taken them during the day, I ended up getting really really over heated at work - there was no ventilation in here.
