Hi there to all members especially JP. I have recently started a new forum on my fitness site. At this moment and time it only has 4 people registered. Im sure you know that starting a new forum is hard work as no one really wants to visit a forum with hardly any members and topics. This is why Im asking for the help of JP Fitness. By no means do I wish to steal visitors or anything, but if some of you could stop by now and then and share your advice, which after a few months surfing JP Fitness I know is extensive. My site is not a commercial venture, I have ads yes, but they dont even cover hosting costs. I just want to try and build a community similar to the good people at JP fitness where people can find the information they need and want.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
