I've found http://gametheory.net, which seems to have some basic info and a couple e-books. My school doesn't offer any courses on game theory so I was hoping someone might be able to recommend a few books on the subject (preferably related to economics) to get me started.

Thanks,

Bobby

Probably nothing past calc 1, something pretty basic.

Edit: Also I read over on Rugged you just got your Masters, congrats. Just wondering how much math you took as an undergrad (Calc 3)?

Thanks, now its time for the Doc

Took Cal 1-3, linear algera, and regular stats. Having Probability would have been nice, but I was able to survive without it, but it was a pain in the ass.

Anyway, a decent book would be a book called Thinking Strategically. Its pretty straight foward and has some good examples about different games. If you want more technical stuff, you can check out an econ textbook that addresses the subject (i.e. Varian 2nd ed) and if you want to learn the weird shit that was going on in Nash's mind, then you could check out some texts that are entirely devoted to Game Theory, they are rough though and full of proofs that seem trivial but form the basis for this type of thought.
