What sucks is that Im kinda barrell chested, so I could never be that slim or else Id look sick, on top of that Im just naturally big - I was born big and stayed big. It was only until last summer did I kick myself to loose weight.
Im still trying to find something other than swimming that works for me to loose weight, because so far not much working.

Well, you've come to the right place to figure out what can work for you. So much knowledge on these boards. Have you posted elsewhere on here what you are currently doing to get some feedback?
Yea, Ive posted, Im giving it some time though, because I just recently started getting on it for a month. The weight came off so quickly from swimming (40lbs in 3 months) that its become alittle frustrating. I just gotta stick with it and not let it get to me.

My ambitions are to get lean. I want tone and definition and I have not the least bit of it.

I just focus on the major muscle groups... back, chest and legs. And Im gonna start to do 30 mins of abs everyday at night an hour or so before I go to bed.
Im still working on getting fully committed to the gym.

Check out theseWorkout Routines and look at Ripped, Rugged, and Dense. I know there are a number of people on this forum who have done the program, dropped bodyfat, and increased strenght at the same time. The Reverend Nate Dizzle is currently doing this program and is dropping BF like crazy while increasing strength, check his log out here Aspiring Powerlifter.
My fear with that workout is that Ill get big without loosing weigh because my body and muscles work very different from alot of people. With that workout, I will - without a doubt - get big, and I dont want to get any bigger, I can put on muscle mass rediculously fast. I just want to burn fat and get lean, after that, Ill be able to isolate which muscles to work on to perfect the physique.
