PS: I think to make an animated GIF all you need is a digital movie, like the ones your camera probably takes and a half way decent graphics package. I know PSP 8 has an animation studio and animated GIF editor.

Theres alot of free gif animator software out there, just do a search. I didn't make any of those- who has the damn time?!
