Well I am off on my LA, Lima, Sao Paolo excursion. Looking forward to meeting Kuri in LA. I will let you know if he is as kool in person as he is on line.

Keep those beers chilled.

Have fun Peter! What time are you having those beers? Sounds like it's time to jump on a plane and visit LA

OMG, bro!!! I have to admit, I was hooked on that kid's show a few years back. I made sure that I could make it home for my lunch hour so I could watch it.... UGH!! Now, I'm gonna have that tune in my head all damn day!!

Oh, we got the Kirin lagers on ice for ya. I know living in Japan you probably can't handle the real stuff right off the bat so we'll warm up with that

btw bring your sunscreen cause it is gonna be near 100 everyday.

Happy flying and take it easy on those stewardesses.

"Oh, we got the Kirin lagers on ice for ya. I know living in Japan you probably can't handle the real stuff right off the bat so we'll warm up with that"

Wait a minute, someone from the US, the land of Budwiser, of Genese, talkng about real beer!? LOL LOL

"btw bring your sunscreen cause it is gonna be near 100 everyday."

Same on this end. And I already toasted myself- what a pain in the back.

"Happy flying and take it easy on those stewardesses."

I only wish.

BTW, As for the beer as long as I don't have to drink domestic or Japanese beer, then it is one me.

I suspect once we get some drink in ya you'll loosen up and start spilling details on those JAL stewardesses. Nobody can resist their charm. nobody!

Take the 23 over the mountain (a beautiful drive btw) from Thousand Oaks and you'll land in Malibu.

Take a right on the PCH and go a couple miles to the Leo Carrillo beach/park, get out and hike/swim/surf. Dolphins, whales, brown pelicans, wahines in bikinis etc...

I highly suggest it.

A couple of Japanese ex-pat brothers meeting up in L.A. for coffee just this morning.

That yakuza-looking guy in the shades on the right is Plutes.

Lucky bastard, he's flying to Peru today then on to Sao Paulo where he'll no doubt be bathed in great drink & fine women.

I should mention Peter is a super nice guy (thanks for the coffee!) with a fluent command of Japanese who is living the life of a rockstar in Shikoku.

btw - his heroes seem to include Newlife due to his kickass home gym
