Those are pretty funny! Nope, never tried them. I could probably do the ball to ball, and maybe the trampoline one if I tried. I have pretty good balance/coordination. When he bottomed out on his third jump I laughed my ass off! The one-legged squat was pretty impressive.

I agree with JP -- that one-legged squat on the ball is very impressive. The seated-to-standing takes some doing, too.
