Hi there i was just thinking that i havent actually introduced myself to you all even when i have been on here for about 5 months!well here goes

my name is david roberts i am 20 years old,i live in england (north east).I am an administrator for a residential care home that looks after the mentally disabled.I have only been doing this job for a few months before that i was a labourer on a building site.I have been lifting weights for around a year (probebly way less),before this i used to play soccer,i played for my high school and county.I lost interrest in soccer over time as i had been playing since i was eight years old.I also did karate aswell for 3 years however due to finicail probelms my club broke down and i didnt join another one because i didnt want to get trained by anyone else but my old trainer. So here i was sitting in the house when my uncle came round (bodybuilding since he was 15) and said come to my house i will show you how to lift weights properly, the first exercise he showed me was the front squat,at first it seemed easy to me then more weight came on then eight sets later i couldnt stand, then came on the bench,OOOOOOCHHH after three sets the next morning i couldnt walk without pain and it took five days to clear. But the after the pain i felt really good,i hadnt felt that good in a long time so i joined the gym got me a training partner and started lifting. Then i found you guys and my life was complete, now i love it.Now its just a matter of time before my routine is complete.ok guys thanks for reading.
