thats a picture of brad pitt, i want to look like that , body wise. i was wondering if some one can plz take like 10min of thewir life and give me a list of excersices for each part of the body so i can achive results like that. i also dont wnat to over do it, i odnt want a back like arnold scherzenger's. and also i dont want to over do the abs and pecs. i it would be really helpful if some one could give me like 3 excersices for each part (obliques, abs, pecs, arms, forarms, and lower abs)

if someone wud do that for me i wud be very thankful thanks

Excuse me.

Tell us about your current eating and exercise habits. What you're going to want to do is lose plenty of bodyfat. Give us some info to start with.

This is not Mens Health so everyone do their best to restrain themselves.

FenderBender425,
Let's start with what RockHard asked you.

Good Luck

I'd start with a book on nutrition and exercise. The one that comes to mind is TAP (Testosterone Advantage Plan).

Buy it through Lou's link at louschuler.com. It's only about $13 or so.

I think it's the best book for those starting out.

Post your current stats, too (Age, height, weight, body fat %, how long you've been lifting). That would help getting you a good answer.

The best advice I ever heard about looking like Brad Pitt was this, "Go back to when you were born and get Brad Pitt's parents to be your parents".

Start here:

http://johnberardi.com/articles/nutrition/index.htm

Check out all of what Berardi has to say about nutrition. Especially the "Lean Eatin" section. Quite seriously, if you're looking for the Pitt body, monitoring yuor food is your #1 priority. This doesn't mean salads and water, either. Check out that site!

Also, check out the "Workout Routines" section in the FAQ on this site. There are links and descriptions. You can find one that looks like you could do it and will give you the emphasis on the right body parts.

Oh... my.... god....

it's the beginning of the end

this may not be MH, but the posts sure as hell are looking more and more similar, at least in this forum. I dread the day they trickle into the regular forum

i think he looks kinda skinny... actually the only muscles you see are his abs and that make him look muscular

When I saw this, I went, "Oh No, this can't be happening to this forum can't it?" As they say, "there's a first for everything," and this was bound to happen at some point.

Just look through the first couple of pages of the Men's Health fitness forum, and I guarandamntee you there will be a question about BP or some other celebrity.

Please, all of you that are thinking about posting things like this, don't. This is why Men's Health got so crappy.

I would much rather talk about toothpaste, deodorant and shampoo than this. At least it happened in the off topic forum.
