September 27, seemed like a normal day. Got up, showered, had breakfast, had family time, said family prayer as I left the house for work.

Little did I know that sometime that morning (maybe even that precise moment??), Lou Schuler was using the "Insert Hyperlink" feature on his blog to link to one of MY posts on the JP board. Yes, it was just a dumb rant post about curling in the squat rack, not any groundbreaking research on the metabolic impact of twinkies on geriatric rodents, but it was MY post.

And in honor of this special occasion, my signature will now include a link to the Lou blog. With daily quotes like this one below, how could you not be reading this every dadgum day?

"Barry Bonds was randomly tested for steroids on Friday night, and when the test comes up clean, he's going to want the world to know that this is proof of the legitimacy of all his records.

If that's proof, then my left nut is president of Hair Club for Men."

Who rocks the party? Lou rocks the party. I'm out.

I, too, really liked the piece on Barry Bonds yesterday.

BTW - how has the traffic been for your blog Lou?

It seems to fluctuate, based on how much I post on any given day. I had my best numbers ever shortly after posting the Bonds stuff--I was around 69,000, IIRC--but I haven't had a chance to post much since, so it's bounced back up over 100,000.
