This guy is amazing. Can't believe he's 90 years old and he's still in great shape. Check out this Article at USAToday

I heard an interview with him the other day on NPR. What an inspiration!

Have you seen his original show? I remember it vaguely when I was a kid, but it is funny to see that type of show now. It makes you see why he is still alive at 90.....

- Television show ran from 1951 to 1984.
— Works out two hours a day, seven days a week.
— Hasn't had dessert since 1929

ESPN Classic showed clips from his show this weekend. The jumpsuit sure looked weird, but the man was built.

Yeah I saw a few of the old shows on ESPN classics. He used organ music to workout to and I saw him do some interesting neck excercies. While it may seem antiquated now, he was on the cutting edge back then. Makes you wonder how people will be working out 50 years from now.

I remember seeing him on our black & white television set way back when there were only b&w tv's... and just four channels that went off the air at the end of the evening. I have an autographed picture of him on my shelf. For real!!!
