Hey Guys...
The other day during my kickboxing class after hitting around on the bags, I was working on sit ups. My trainer has me do reps of 20, then 25, and 30... then crunches 20, 25, and 30.. then leg lifts.. 20, 25, and 30. All of a sudden I felt light headed and "got sick" right there in the gym. How embarrassing!!

I don't know why it happened, any one know?
